SYSTEMS ANALYST

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern digital solutions to increase business productivity and efficiency via leading data transformation of existing internal Finance System anti Property Users database
  • Manage and lead projects in relation to identify inefficiency in business process and improvement of business process through implementation of Power Automation
  • Develop and enhance UX & UI of existing online tools/ web application (Power App) in used by stakeholders and customers.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to gather specifications to develop visuals and analytics for PowerBI Reports.
  • Design and implement ETL solutions (SQL) for properties and customers database to power internal reporting system to support property services.
  • Demonstrate and train our clients on how to use Create Vic Real Estate’s new products or features
  • Setup and implement CVRE’s product range.
  • Maintain documentation for products’ specifications and create users guide for existing system.
  • Work closely with clients to troubleshoot any issues and provide feedback for improvements and modifications to the CVRE Development Team.
  • Conduct training session and provide user guides to customers to increase

adoption and utilization of CVRE’s customer support reporting system.

About You:

  • 1-2 year of experience working with database and internal business systems
  • SQL and Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Visual Basic, Java etc) would be a big plus

Sales Agent

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Marketing

Description: The marketing department in a real estate agency handles various marketing activities to promote the agency’s services, properties, and brand. They aim to attract potential clients, create brand awareness, and generate leads.

Roles:

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to target specific markets.
  • Create and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and property listings.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, and graphic design needs.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to develop effective marketing collateral and support their sales efforts.

Administration

Description: The administration department provides administrative support to the real estate agency, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes within the office.

Roles:

  • Manage and organize office paperwork, including contracts, leases, and client files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for agents and clients.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and update property databases, CRM systems, and other administrative software.
  • Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.

Residential Property Manager

Description: A residential property manager oversees the management and operations of residential properties on behalf of property owners. They handle tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial aspects of rental properties.

Roles:

  • Advertise and market available rental properties to attract potential tenants.
  • Screen and select tenants, conduct background checks, and manage lease agreements.
  • Collect and manage rent payments, handle security deposits, and process rental applications.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Address tenant concerns, handle complaints, and enforce lease terms.
  • Maintain accurate property records, financial reports, and budgets.
  • Keep up-to-date with tenancy laws and regulations.

Commercial Property Manager

Description: A commercial property manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties. They ensure that properties are well-maintained, leases are effectively managed, and tenant relationships are maintained.

Roles:

  • Market and lease available commercial spaces to attract potential tenants.
  • Negotiate and manage lease agreements, including rent collection and lease renewals.
  • Handle property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Address tenant concerns, respond to inquiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and enforce lease compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for commercial properties.
  • Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and lease laws.
